Glock 42 Bb Gun - Welcome to the blog. Today I have another review for you and in this article we will be looking at the GLOCK 42, a licensed Umarex/VFC replica from Extreme Airsoft.
The GLOCK 42, also known as the "Baby GLOCK," is a pocket-sized pistol that is a licensed copy made by VFC (we all know the story of that buzzword in reviews). At the moment, this is the smallest copy of the model produced by GLOCK. When I first saw this gun, one thing came to mind - concealed carry. This little pocket rocket is the perfect backup gun that can be stashed anywhere from a custom Kydex CC holster to a pocket or stocking. I got it ready for Gangsta City in September by Extreme Airsoft.

The lower is made of polymer and has the GLOCK trademark, the slide is made of metal and has all the trademarks from the GLOCK logo to the caliber. The gun weighs only 387g unloaded which makes loading ammo difficult, but the gun has a really good weight to it, but as expected the gun is so small that it only holds 13 rounds. True, this gun was not intended for long-term combat, but as a "last resort" of defense.

It's a small gun, so it fits well in my hand. I have a comfortable and secure grip - the textured surface complements this. As weird as it sounds, size is a huge "grace" factor for me! It's really cool and goes anywhere and will be great if you get captured in Milsim or during combat!
When I hit 42, it was pretty stable, averaging 320 FPS (almost 1 joule). 320 is a good FPS for UK CQB sites as our limit is 350 FPS on almost all sites. It runs on gas so it's very hot in the UK so I've been using nuprol green gas and will switch to red in the winter due to the metal slide. do to ensure a light strike and correct slide rotation. It has an adjustable bounce that can be found by removing the slider. It breaks just as easily as it does in real life, which is a plus for hop setup and maintenance.
